How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for international trips and 2–3 weeks for domestic packages. For peak seasons (Dec–Jan, Apr–May) or honeymoon packages, booking 2–3 months ahead is advisable.

Do you offer customised itineraries?

Absolutely. Every package we offer can be customised to your preferences — duration, hotels, activities, and pace. Just reach out and our travel experts will craft a personalised itinerary for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellations up to 30 days before departure for a full refund minus processing fees. Between 15–30 days, 50% is refundable. Within 15 days, the trip is non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

Do you handle visa applications?

Yes, we provide end-to-end visa assistance for most international destinations. Our team will guide you through the documentation process and help ensure your applications are submitted correctly and on time.

Are flights included in the packages?

It depends on the package — some include return flights (marked with the flights inclusion), others are land-only. All inclusions are clearly listed on each package. We can also arrange flights separately.
